This wine was raised in the same cask regimen as the Pimentiers in 2020 and has also turned out beautifully, delivering a bouquet of cherries, plums, pomegranate, woodsmoke, pigeon, lovely soil tones, a touch of vanillin oak and a spicy topnote.
