“Eyrie and Cameron: The Fabulous Farmers”

Cameron Pinot Noir Dundee Hills 2021 750ml $36 special, 36+ bottles available
“Best selling Pinot Noir in Oregon? It is for the time it lasts in the shop.”

Eyrie Trifolium Dundee Hills 2020 750ml $33 special, 24 bottles available
Eyrie Trifolium Dundee Hills 2020 Case of 12 bottles $349 special [29.08 per bottle]
Vinopolnote “A mixture of the three red grapes grown by Eyrie (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Trousseau) featuring red fruit flavors backed with earthy notes and leathery tannins: this limited edition wine feels like a Loire wine by way of Willamette. This is the best Oregon red blend we’ve tasted in some time

Eyrie Vineyard Pinot Meunier 2018 750ml $39 special, 12 bottles available
James Suckling 93 Points ” Aromas of wild raspberries and fresh strawberries with touches of dried roses and leaves. Medium-bodied with fine, silky tannins. Some savory character to the fresh fruit. Soft yet textured on the palate with bright acidity and a racy finish. Drink now.”
Eyrie Pinot Noir The Eyrie Vineyard 2018 750ml $79 special, 6 bottles available
Wine Advocate 98 Points “Pale ruby, the 2018 Pinot Noir The Eyrie is a stunning wine with 10-15 years of aging potential. It has detailed scents of raspberries, blackberries, star anise, tangerine oil and violets, and it continues to unfold aromatically as it spends time in the glass. Delicately intense, it glides through the mouth like velvet, with seemingly endless flavor and nuance, and a finish that goes on and on.”
Hamacher “H” Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 2018 750ml $24 special, 12 bottles available
Winery Note: “
Bright, fruit-forward, and elegant, this is an incredible representation of Oregon Pinot Noir.”

“Domaine Moillard”
Classic producer centered in Nuit-Saint-George with holdings across the Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune, featuring Grand and Premier Cru vineyards throughout the Cote D’or.
Moillard Bourgogne Aligote 2021 750ml $19.50 special, 36+ bottles available

Moillard Puligny-Montrachet 2020 750ml $69 special, 24 bottles available

“Domain Jean-Claude Boisset”
Founded in 1961 and inspired by “geobiology and sacred architecture,” this is a thoroughly modern Burgundy producer with their mind in the vineyard and the stars in their eyes. Not only is their winery built according to the rules of the golden ratio and oriented according to the trajectory of the sun and the cycles of the moon and the stars, they have been a leading force in sustainability and both organic and biodynamic viticulture within the region.
Jean-Claude Boisset Monthelie Blanc 2020 750ml $39 special, 12 bottles available
Winery Note “The altitude is around 280 metres, with steep slopes and a south-easterly exposure which give the grapes excellent maturity year after year. The ground here is so-called ‘white’ soil with a low limestone content, bestowing refinement and subtlety on the wine.”
Bodega Diaz Bayo Roble Ribera Del Duero 2020 750ml $16 special, 36 bottles available
Bodega Diaz Bayo Roble Ribera Del Duero Case of 12 750ml bottles $168 special [that’s $14 per bottle]
Winery Note
“Tempranillo from a 30-year-old clay and limestone parcel at 840 meters elevation. Aged for six months in used French oak and six months in bottle prior to release, bright red fruit is backed by ample palate richness, finishing mineral and long. Reminiscent of the wines that originally impulsed the Ribera del Duero phenomenon!”
****Lowest Price Elsewhere: $21.89****
Valdespino Inocente Fino 750ml $19.50 special, 8 bottles available
Valdespino Inocente Fino 375ml $11.90 special, 12 bottles available
Wine & Spirits 95 Points “Best Buy. Inocente is Valdespino’s flagship, a wine from the Macharnudo Alto vineyard, where the soil is pure white albariza. It ferments in 600-liter wooden casks without added yeasts, a practice that has become increasingly rare in Jerez. The intensity of the wine’s salinity is remarkable – iodine and salt – coming together with ripe white fruit, scents of nuts and exotic spices. The structure is dry and austere, like drinking the juice of stones. This will last for a decade in the cellar, but it’s impossible to hold onto a bottle if there’s raw seafood nearby.”

Valdespino Amontillado Tio Diego 750ml $21.90 special, 7 bottles available
Wine & Spirits 93 Points “Extremely dry, this austere Amontillado comes from the white chalky albariza soils of the famed Macharnudo vineyard. It aged under flor for about eight years, and then spent eight more years aging oxidatively before being bottled. At first, it shows only the classic flavors of iodine and salt, with enchanting sea breeze notes. You have to wait for the fruit flavors to emerge, notes of roasted white fruit and nuts emerging in the midst of its cool flavors.”

Marc Colin Santenay Rouge 2019 $45 special, 20 bottles available
“We have many of the renowned white wines of this domaine, however don’t miss out on this rouge bottling from Santenay. From very old vines (some, 1901!) down south in the Beaune this bottle balances both the savory and the ripe red fruit side of Pinot Noir. Traditional wine making for a very expressive Pinot drinking well right now.”

Torre Beati Cerasuolo Rose 2022 750ml $19.50 special, 36+ bottles available
Vinoplnote “
The “Cerasuolo” rosés offer a nice departure from conventional European and domestic rosé wines. As the rich color suggests, this unique Abruzzo rosé, made from Montepulciano grapes, surprises your palate with a refreshing and bright medley of cherry and cranberry highlighted with light floral tones.”

Abfab Felsina
Despite the many changes that Italian winemaking has seen over the past century, Felsina is still deeply rooted in the traditions of Tuscany. Their winemaking explores the distinct characteristics of the sangiovese grape while emphasizing sustainable agriculture and biodivesity. Their vineyards feature olives and sorghum alongside grapes in addition to livestock they raise such as goats, hens, quail, ducks, and guinea fowl.

Since 1983, they have been focused on preserving Chianti’s viticultural heritage via careful massale selection. As the winery says, “The cultural-agricultural choice to produce Sangiovese is not only ideological, but justified by knowledge gained through in-depth work experience and experimentation, in which the pairing of vine and terrain is a critical requirement.” Eschewing market trends, they still use 100% sangiovese in their wines, including their highly prasied IGT release Fontalloro.

Felsina Chianti Classico 2019 750ml $26 special, 3 bottles available
James Suckling 94 Points “A beautiful, creamy red with cherry and chocolate character. Hints of dried earth. It’s medium-to full-bodied with creamy tannins and a long, flavorful finish. shows firmness and tension. Very drinkable now, but will improve beautifully with age. Drink or hold.”

Felsina Chianti Classico Riserva 2016 1.5L $79 special, 7 bottles available
James Suckling 94 Points “This is a very solid, full-bodied riserva with firm and chewy yet fine-grained tannins that are nicely layered and intense. Very drinkable now, but a year or two of bottle age will soften it. Drink or hold.”

Felsina Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia 2017 750ml $48 special, 10 bottles available
James Suckling 95 Points “Plenty of fruit concentration with cherry and strawberry aromas and flavors. Full-bodied with chewy tannins and lots of concentration. Intense and rich. Give it a year or two to come together.”
Felsina Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia 2018 750ml $49 special, 11 bottles available
Felsina Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia 2018 Case of 12 750ml bottles $549 special [that’s $45.75 per bottle]
Felsina Chianti Riserva Rancia 2018 Case of 6 750ml bottles $285 special [that’s $47.50 per bottle]
Felsina Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia 2018 1.5L $115 special, 10 bottles available
Antonio Galloni 97 Points “The 2018 Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia is an absolutely stunning wine. The archetype of Rancia in the past has been of a big, potent Chianti Classico but in 2018, Rancia is a wine of mind-blowing elegance and finesse. Silky, perfumed and indescribably finessed, the 2018 dazzles from start to finish. It’s a magical wine in every way.”
Wine Advocate 95 Points “The 2018 is an unusual vintage that shows an especially austere character. Off the bat, it must be said that the Fèlsina 2018 Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia would certainly benefit from more cellar time and a long drinking window. The Rancia is elegant and streamlined with a medium-bodied style that breaks from some of the more concentrated vintages we’ve seen in the past. The bouquet reveals a lot of dark or black character with blackcurrant, tar, resin, iron ore and a dusty hint of dry graham cracker (which reminds us of the vintage heat). Structurally, the wine offers a solid and firm footing, but it would benefit from further evolution.”
Felsina Chianti Classico Riserva 2018 750ml $33 special, 21 bottles available
James Suckling 94 Points “This is a very solid, full-bodied riserva with firm and chewy yet fine-grained tannins that are nicely layered and intense. Very drinkable now, but a year or two of bottle age will soften it. Drink or hold.”
Vinous 93+ Points “The 2018 Chianti Classico Riserva is a powerful, brooding wine. Readers will have to be patient with the 2018, as it needs time to soften. The tannins are especially potent today. Time brings out a whole range of black cherry, plum, gravel, spice, game and leather notes. The Riserva spent 16 months in oak of various sizes.”
Felsina Fontalloro 2018 750ml $59 special, 36 bottles available
Felsina Fontalloro 2018 Case of 12 750ml bottles $663 special
Felsina Fontalloro 2018 Case of 6 750ml bottles $343 special
Felsina Fontalloro 2018 1.5L $128 special, 11 bottles available
Antonio Galloni 95 Points “The 2018 Fontalloro is bright, floral and full of energy. In most vintages, Fontalloro is quite open, but the 2018 is especially nervy and taut. That won’t be an issue in time, of course, but readers should plan on being patient. Sangiovese is so expressive here. A whole range of floral and savory accents lingers on the close.”
Felsina Fontalloro 2019 750ml $62.50 special, 55 bottles available
James Suckling 96 Points “A fresh and crunchy Fontalloro with currants, orange peel and hints of peaches and cedar. Medium body, firm and fine tannins and a crisp and bright finish. Lots of energy and verticality to this! Drink after 2025.”

Champagne Waris-Hubert

This wine is a family affair. In 1997 two fourth generation growers from the Côte des Blancs, Stéphanie Hubert and Olivier Waris, were married. They merged their estates together to create the Waris-Hubert estate, with vineyards in the villages of Avize, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly and Aÿ, all classified “Grand Cru.”

Imported by the Seysses family (Dujac), themselves a huge presensce in the world of French wines, we are proud to present these pedigreed champagnes with a true sense of place.

Waris-Hubert Blanche BDB  Millesime Extra Brut 2012 $79 special, 24 bottles available [$75.05 at 5% discount][$71.10 at 10% discount]
Sorting Table importer note “To the eye, a luminous champagne, wrapped in a yellow robe with pronounced golden highlights. The first scents encompass the universe of herbal and garrigue flowers like lime blossom, eucalyptus and mint. Then, they give way to exotic fruits: pineapple, lychee and mango. On the palate the wine is tender and voluptuous. This gives it a silky, full-bodied dimension, thanks to yellow peach and apricot flavors. It is a profound wine with fine harmony and perfect balance.  The heady complexity of the 2012 vintage is perfectly expressed in this 2012 Blanche Millésime Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from Waris-Hubert.”
Waris-Hubert Grand Cru BDB Brut Albescent NV 750ml $54.50 special, 21 bottles available [$51.49 at 5% discount][48.78 at 10% discount]
Sorting Table importer note “It has the finesse and exceptional potential of the Chardonnay Grand Cru of Côte des Blancs. To the eye, a pale golden robe with discrete green highlights. The wine’s aromas announce its extreme purity, airy dimension and elegance. Timid at first.  Then hazelnut and almond characterize the rich, creamy dimension of this cuvee. The mouthfeel is just as elegant as the aromas: one begins with lemon zest and white fruits’ aromas and tastes. Chrystalline, with barley sugar accents, it highlights our preferred grape variety, Chardonnay. An excellent dinner and aperetif wine.”
Waris-Hubert Grand Cru BDB Lilayle NV 750ml $54.50 special, 22 bottles available [$51.49 at 5% discount][48.78 at 10% discount]
Sorting Table importer note “Pale golden colour with intense glints of emerald green. Fine and lively effervescence; lasting beads of bubbles. The aromas are elegant and expressive with a floral and springlike tone. Notes of lime blossom, mint and freshly mown grass develop, which evolve to white fruit and fresh Mirabelle plum. The scent of Viennese pastries and brioche fill the senses. The palate is full and with a rich attack. Firm and powerful. Dense in the evolution phase with lively lemon flavors, complimented by minerality and hints of wild citrus fruits. It’s the purity, and elegance of the chardonnay grand cru of the Côte des Blancs. Elegant and expressive.”

Clos Du Caillou Chateauneuf Tradition 2017 750ml $39 special, 36+ bottles available
Vinous 91-92 Points “Glistening ruby-red. Pungent cherry pit and black currant aromas, along with hints of licorice, musky herbs and cracked pepper. Chewy and focused on the palate, offering slow-to-open bitter cherry and dark berry flavors braced by an undercurrent of juicy acidity. Shows firm tannic grip on the persistent finish, which leaves suggestions of candied licorice and cherry preserves behind.”

Domaine De Fondreche Divergente 2016 750ml $59 special, 36+ bottles available
Jeb Dunnuck 97 Points “Reminding me of one of the Sélections Parcellaires Hermitage from Michel Chapoutier, the 2016 Ventoux Divergente is 90% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre that was mostly destemmed and brought up in foudre. Crème de cassis, black raspberries, peppered meats, graphite, and liquid rock notes all flow to a fat, unctuous, sexy Syrah that has beautiful acidity, fine tannin, and a huge finish. It’s a true “Wow” wine that needs to be tasted to be believed. Put this in a blind lineup of top Hermitage and shock all your friends.”

Duclaux Cote Rotie Maison Rouge 2018 750ml $79 special, 36+ bottles available
Wine Advocate 96 Points “From arguably the most famous lieu-dit in the southern portion of the appellation, the Duclaux brothers’ 2018 Cote Rotie Maison Rouge is a showstopper. Scents of violets, stone fruit, anise-like spice and mixed berries combine to create a complex nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is concentrated yet supremely silky, smooth and charming, ending long and elegant.”

Keller Rieslaner Monsheim Silberberg Beerenauslese Goldkapsel 2018 375M $219 special, 6 bottles available
Vinoplnote: You haven’t had Keller? You haven’t had Riesling. Extremely rare and coveted, Keller’s wines are legendary.
Keller Riesling Kirchspiel Gross Gewachs 2021 750ml $299 special, 1 bottle available
Vinopolnote: Surrounded by a chain of hills that protects it from west winds, the Kirchspiel vineyard opens like an amphitheatre directly toward the Rhine River. The site possesses good and homogenous soil and climate conditions and with its southeast to east exposition. One of the most pristine vineyards in all of the Rheinhessen.
Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohle Beerenauslese 2011 375ml $149 special, 3 bottles available
Wine Advocate 96 Points “Intriguingly musky and subtly fungal as well as piercing in its evocation of distilled pit fruits and botanicals, the nose of Donnhoff’s 2011 Niederhauser Hermannshohle Riesling Beerenauslese – which was picked alongside its Auslese counterpart – promises an intense palate experience that the wine very much delivers. Distilled extracts of wormwood, woodruff and anisette; maraschino and serviceberry seem to lace the amalgam of quince jelly with pear and white peach nectars in a lusciously multi-layered yet animated palate performance. A spicy and tropical suggestion of mango chutney compounds the vibrantly penetrating effect of pungent herbal and pit fruit essences in a tonsil-gripping, mouth-shaking finish.”
Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohle Beerenauslese 2015 375ml $138 special, 11 bottles available
John Gilman 95 Points “The 2015 Hermannshöhle BA is still a baby and was in its primary stage of development, but this will clearly be a great wine as well. The bouquet offers up scents of baked apple, tangerine, a touch of papaya, gentle smokiness, orange oil and honey. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied, bright and very, very deep, with great focus and grip, a very long, perfectly balanced and nascently complex finish. This will of course be approachable from the moment that it is released, but I would strongly suggest giving it at least four or five years in the cellar to allow it to start to really blossom and show some of the secondary layers of complexity that will come with bottle age. 2016-2075+.”
Fritz Haag Juffer Trockenbeerenauslese 2018 375ml $499 special, 12 bottles available
John Gilman 95 Points “The 2018 Juffer TBA is just a bit higher in residual sugar than the Beerenauslese this year, as Oliver estimates that it is around one hundred and eighty grams per liter. This too is a gorgeous wine in the making, offering up refined bouquet of mirabelle, honey, white cherries, candied violets, citrus zest and a nice touch of saltiness from the slate. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied, creamy and very long and complex, with excellent focus and grip, sound acids and a very long, pure and zesty finish. Utterly captivating and borderline criminal to spit. 2019-2100.”
Dr. Crusius Schlossbockelheimer Felsenberg Riesling Beerenauslese Goldkapsel 2015 375ml $135 special, 2 bottles available
Mosel Fine Wines 98 Points “Harvested at a full-on 153° Oechsle (i.e. sugar levels technically qualifying for TBA), this auction BA starts off on the primary and discreet side at first before rapidly exhibiting huge finesse, complexity and depth with honeyed notes of apricot, pineapple, mango, vanilla cream and other exotic fruits. The botrytis gives the wine a great exotic, luscious and unctuous texture with plenty of juice, creamy viscosity and smoothness on the palate. The wine is, of course, still very sweet at this stage (it has no less than 229 g/l of residual sugar), but the interplay with some gorgeously playful acidity makes for a superbly clean and focused feel in the long finish. The only drawback of this little masterpiece of a BA is that it is still a good decade away from maturity. Patience is required! 2030-2085.”
Emrich-Schonleber Halenberg TBA Riesling 2018 375ml $299 special, 21 bottles available
Wine Advocate 98+ Points “The 2018 Halenberg Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese is incredibly pure and aromatic on the nose where super ripe but clear peach aromas are displayed. Extremely rich and refined on the palate, this is a ripe, terribly sweet but refined, fresh and salty-piquant TBA with a stimulating finish. A fabulous wine. Tasted in July 2019.”
Vinous 97 Points “Peach jam and orange marmalade are prominent in the bittersweet, cooked-fruit but zesty personality of this super-concentrate from a mere hundred liters’ worth of tightly shriveled berries gathered over an extended period and pressed with great difficulty. A white-bread-like aura of yeastiness serves as a noble aromatic expression of botrytis, while an influx of caramel further highlights the impression of botrytis ennoblement, complemented by a feel that is strikingly creamy as well as viscous. An aromatic evocation of sea breeze anticipates the mouthwatering salinity that, along with bright, juicy lemon and orange – testimony to the 13 grams of acidity that have, as it were, been held in reserve – informs this elixir’s superbly sustained finish. One’s mouth is left at once creamily coated and tingling as if from a lightning strike.”
C.h. Berres Urziger Wurzgarten Auslese Goldkapsel 2015 375ml $49 special, 12 bottles available
Importer’s Note “This noble-sweet Auslese Goldkapsel from the Ürziger Würzgarten vineyard presents a tight and concentrated nose of ripe, sweet peach, honey and dried apricots blended with mango fruit and a hint of orange peel. Swirling the glass it reveals the oily, concentrated texture. The taste is nicely structured and well balanced. Fruity acidity breaks through the residual sugar to clear the palate. This is a full-bodied wine with a long lasting, mellow, melting finish. 100% botrytised grapes”
J Christoffel Jr Urziger Wurzgarten Beerenauslese 2005 750ml $133 special, 3 bottles available
(2005 vintage for reference)
Wine Spectator 98 points “Lush, ripe Rieslings at all quality levels; acidity, though low in some, balances richness in most.”
Korrell Paradies Riesling Trocken Nahe 2017 3L $179 special, 3 bottles available
Stuart Pigott 94 Points “Very clean and fresh, but behind the effusive, fruit-salad character that makes this so seductive, there is a lot of structure and the finish keeps pumping out the fruit and chalky minerality. Drink or hold.”
