Stella di Campalto
Stella di Campalto is a force of nature—a woman with a vision for how Sangiovese is best expressed and the will to ensure that every single bottling is as perfect as possible.  Her wines are vivid, powerful expressions of the southeast corner of Montalcino and her commitment to quality (which includes holding back the wines several additional years before release) means that they’ve become wines to pay attention to for Italian wine collectors.

Marie-Courtin:

The Maven of Champagne

We can’t introduce these wines any better than Antonio Galloni of Wine Advocate: “This is a breathtaking set of wines from proprietor Dominique Moreau. I can’t say enough good things about these artisan Champagnes. If Moreau keeps making wines like these she will soon be one of the superstars of Champagne.

Rare 2017 Burlotto Barolos

Burlotto makes some of the most coveted bottles of Barolo out there. Resolutely traditional, and made with significant whole-cluster inclusion, they pull the rare trick of being both ethereal and powerful at the same time—all while aging beautifully over decades.

Unfortunately, over the last few years, they’ve become incredibly difficult to source, making today’s offer exceptionally rare. So rare, in fact, that we dare not list them on our website. Please call or email in your orders and we will process them in first come, first served fashion.

Bibi Graetz’s 100-Point Testamatta

Testamatta, which means “crazy head” in Italian, is a nod to Bibi Graetz’s eccentricity. A creative and passionate man, Graetz crafts some of Italy’s most impressive wines at his self-described Casamatta (“crazy house”). But don’t be fooled by Graetz’s self-deprecating humility, one taste of his wines will shatter any illusions that these are humble plonk. The brilliance of the wine suggests that there surely must be a method to the madness.

Viña Zorzal

We love the wines from Zorzal. They’re a winery that’s not afraid to think outside the box in how they farm and vinify their wines. That’s led to a lot of brilliant moments from regions that have been historically overlooked. Not just content to work with overlooked vineyards in their native Argentina, they’ve been spending the other half of the year in the Northern Hemisphere since 2007, where they’re translating their visionary approach to off-the-radar terroirs in Spain.
