You would be hard pressed to find a more quintessential St. Aubin producer than Marc Colin. Founded in 1970 and working with family holdings that have been in the family for over a century, they have since expanded from their home village of St. Aubin and now farm over 36 acres across Burgundy.

Looking for a cult producer that’s still affordable? There are very few producers who are synonymous with the production of their entire region’s output. Dal Forno in Valpolicella, Dönnhoff and the Nahe, Cayuse and Walla Walla, the list is as long as there are production zones. In that same vein you cannot talk about Lebanese wine without mentioning Chateau Musar.
