Neal Martin-Vinous 93 points
“The 2015 Chablis Vaulorent 1er Cru has a very attractive bouquet of orange pith and gunflint infused with pressed yellow flowers. The poised, harmonious palate is well balanced, displaying a fine thread of acidity and just the right amount of salinity on the finish. This is a brilliant Vaulorent from Benoît Droin. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.”

This is the only listing in the USA today!

New Grapelive Review:
2017 Vietti Lazzarito

*Edited for length with Full review available on Grapelive.com*

Grapelive 95 Points: Having tasted through most of the Vietti collection of Barolo wines, I find their Lazzarito cru bottling singular and iconic, it usually tops my list in their exceptional lineup. This 2017 vintage is proof of the quality here at Lazzarito, and it is not far off the brilliant 2016, one of my favorite years since the mighty 2010s and 2006s, and the Lazzarito impresses with every sip and will please Nebbiolo lovers for many years to come.

The Vintage of the Century:
2008 Taittinger Comtes
2008 is considered one of the finest vintages in Champagne, though it did not begin auspiciously. What began as a cold, rainy growing season blossomed late into a warm, dry summer, with one of the longest recorded growing seasons. Producers brought in tiny harvests of highly concentrated fruit. Recognizing the quality, many held back their 2008 only to see releases interrupted by the pandemic and the resulting global shipping nightmare. Fourteen years on, we’re excited to announce the arrival of the 2008 Comtes from Taittinger.

Just announced:
New Cavallotto Barolo Riserva en route!

The 2015 vintage in Barolo has gone down as one of the best in the decade, with the best examples delivering the perfect balance of fruit, minerality and body. Cavallotto delivered in spades with their legendary house style coming through in the pervasive aromatics and secondary character. Bold but not brash, this is a classically styled Barolo from one of the most traditional houses on the market.
