Josh Raynolds-Vinous 91 points “Pale orange. Finely etched red berry, citrus zest and floral aromas, along with building herb and mineral flourishes. Taut and nervy in the mouth, offering sappy strawberry, cherry and tangerine flavors that show fine delineation and spicy lift. Closes firm and right, with persistent red fruit notes and a refreshingly bitter edge.”

Importer Note “No estate expresses the salt-kissed limestone-driven terroir of the idyllic Provençal seaside village of Cassis like Domaine du Bagnol, and the current generation, Sébastien Genovesi, crafts a rosé of scintillating energy, chiseled calcareous musculature, and gleaming red fruits. Comprising 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, and 20% Mourvèdre, Bagnol’s Cassis Rosé is pressed directly and rapidly (in under two hours) to extract as little color as possible, and the bottled wine (certified organic) contains only 20 milligrams per liter of total sulfur—a factor which contributes to its gorgeous purity of texture and intense evocation of limestone soil.”

Bow & Arrow Rosé of Gamay Noir, Willamette Valley 2024 750ml Displayed Price: $21.90, that’s $20.81 at 5% off and $19.71 at 10% off, 15 bottles in stock now
Winery Note “This year’s rosé is a short maceration of Gamay from the organically farmed Rooker Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Natural as can be! It’s a stainless steel fermented study on wet rocks and perhaps a border skirmish between watemelon Jolly Ranchers and Grapefruit Jarritos. Unyeasted, unfiltered, unfined and unmanipulated. Only made in years that lend themselves to making quality rose. Our smallest production.”
Clos Cibonne Cuvée Tradition Rosé, Côtes de Provence, France 2023 750ml Displayed Price: $41.90, that’s $39.81 at 5% off and $37.71 at 10% off, 21 bottles in stock now
Importer Note “Clos Cibonne’s iconic Cuvée Tradition stands uniquely apart from other rosés as a classic, one-of-a-kind Côtes de Provence rosé featuring the tibouren grape in the lead role. Cuvée Tradition is legendary amongst experienced French wine collectors for its texture, substance, and ability to age gracefully for a decade or more. It is a limited wine made exclusively with estate-grown, organic tibouren grapes, and a bit of grenache to meet Côtes de Provence blending guidelines. The vineyard, one of 18 Crus Classés of Côtes de Provence, consists of traditional goblet trained vines located close to the Mediterranean Sea in the foothills of the Maures mountains, overlooking Toulon’s harbor. The microclimate of Clos Cibonne is especially important to the uniqueness of the wines, as the proximity of the ocean brings much needed cool air to the vineyards in the summer months. Their location at the foot of the Maures mountains ensures good east-west ventilation, which is ideal for the health and balance of the vineyard.”
Chateau de Campuget Tradition Rosé, Costieres de Nimes, Rhone, France 2024 750ml Displayed Price: $14, that’s $13.30 at 5% off and $12.60 at 10% off, 34 bottles in stock now
Producer Note “The Rosé has a nice appearance with a light and fresh pink color. This particularly fruity taste of raspberries and strawberries, typical of the Campuget style, has a good and refreshing acidity. Since 1942, pur sole aim has been to produce Rhône Valley Grands Vins, respecting the heritage of our soil and our identity. The round Rhône stones, the Southern sun, the Mistral winds and the Syrah and Grenache grapes are the basic elements which form the identity of Campuget.”

Josh Raynolds-Vinous 94 points “Vivid onion skin color. A highly perfumed and complex bouquet evokes fresh citrus and pit fruits, strawberry and pungent flowers, along with building mineral and succulent herb elements. Shows excellent clarity and depth to its juicy red fruit, nectarine and mango flavors, which are sweetened by a background of vanilla note. Finishes impressively long and silky, with the mineral and floral note resonating.”

Importer Note “This rosé is vinified partially by direct press and partially by ‘saignée’, the juice is naturally clarified after a cold ‘débourbage’ of 24 hours, the wine ferments at temperature that never exceeds 16 degrees Celsius and then it is aged on the fine lees for four to six months before bottling. It is a blend of 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah, all of which is planted to soils of clay, limestone and silex. Importer Note “Around 50% Mourvèdre, 25% Cinsault and 25% Grenache, from vines planted on southwest facing hillsides, with clay/limestone soil. The grapes are hand-harvested, after which the bunches are cooled down to 50C for a two day cold soak in order to extract fruit, color and aromatics. The juice is then racked off and the grapes are pressed to stainless steel tanks. 10% of the wine is saignée, the rest come from grapes treated as for making white wine.”

Winery Note “Rosabella is a rosé de saignée, produced with the lighted touch in order to preserve the lightness and fragrance of our grapes. First produced between 2004 and 2007, Rosabella is a focus on Nebbiolo, with small amounts of Barbera and Dolcetto.”
Goodfellow Family Cellars Rosé of Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley 2023 750ml Displayed Price: $18, that’s $17.10 at 5% off and $16.20 at 10% off, 26 bottles in stock now

Marietta Cellars OVR Old Vine Ranch Rosé, California 2024 750ml Displayed Price: $16, that’s $15.20 at 5% off and $14.40 at 10% off, 22 bottles in stock now

Every sip is a reflection of craftsmanship and a tribute to the timeless appeal of California’s vineyards. Stonefruit, citrus, mineral.”
Nervi Conterno ‘Il Rosato’, Piedmont, Italy 2023 750ml Displayed Price: $28, that’s $26.60 at 5% off and $25.20 at 10% off, 19 bottles in stock now
No reviews for the 2023 vintage. 2022 review provided for reference.
Eric Guido-Vinous 94 points “Airy and fresh yet complex as well, the 2022 Il Rosato impresses with its lifting notes of rose, crushed stone, peach skins and lemon oil. Refined yet juicy and fruit-forward, this casts lime-tinged apple and green melon easily across the palate, energized by vibrant acidity. The 2022 buzzes with residual tension. The medium-length finish ends with a crunchy sensation as sour cherry nuances fade. The magic of Nebbiolo Rosato.”
Bodegas Olivares Rosado, Jumilla, Spain 2024 750ml Displayed Price: $14, that’s $13.30 at 5% off and $12.60 at 10% off, 17 bottles in stock now
Luis Gutiérrez-Wine Advocate 90 points “The bright rosé 2024 Rosado is young and fruit-driven, with freshness despite being from the third dry and warm vintage in a row when they got very low yields. It’s pure Garnacha from free-run juice with 12.5% alcohol, with notes of roses and wild herbs, a little reductive, with a soft palate, balanced and clean. It’s closed with a screw cap. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2024.”
Chateau Pradeaux Bandol Rosé, Provence, France 2024 750ml Displayed Price: $31.90, that’s $30.31 at 5% off and $28.71 at 10% off, 24 bottles in stock now
Importer Note “The Bandol Rosé from Pradeaux is perhaps the most serious wine in this category. Robust, rich, and complex with an ability to age gracefully, this wine is based on Cinsault (50%) and Mourvèdre (50%), taking its slight orange tint from the latter cépage. The younger vines of the domaine (average age: 25 years) are utilized to produce a rare rosé with staying power and exceptional complexity. The Rosé is vinified by a direct pressing for 24 hours followed by fermentation in cement tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees Celsius for about 15 days; the malo-lactic fermentation is blocked and the wine is usually bottled in mid-April of the following year.”

Jean-Maurice Raffault Chinon Rosé, Loire, France 2023 750ml Displayed Price: $19, that’s $18.05 at 5% off and $17.10 at 10% off, 21 bottles in stock now
VOS Selections Importer Note “J-M Raffault’s Chinon Rosé is considered the finest of the Loire Valley. It is made from 100% certified organic Cabernet Franc grapes planted on alluvial sand and gravel soils of the former Loire river bed. Raffault picks the fruit dedicated to the Rosé at the start of his harvest period, when it typically has attained one degree less in sugar than that of the Chinon Les Galuches, which is picked next…The color is light and bright cherry-red (…the color of the 2023 was more intense…), the exact shade Rodolphe aimed for. Aromas and flavors of red currants, raspberry and pomegranate, citrus and cherry fruit emanate from the glass. The finish is long, fresh and succulent.”

Chateau des Sarrins Rosé, Cotes de Provence, France 2024 750ml Displayed Price: $21.90, that’s $20.81 at 5% off and $19.71 at 10% off, 34 bottles in stock now
Importer Note “Fresh aromas of peach, tangerine, and white flowers. Well balanced and expressive bouquets of grapefruit, tangerine, and white fruits, nice roundness on the palate and a clean and long citrus finish.”
This is the only listing in the USA today!
Sivilli Wine Co. Poubelle Rosé, Willamette Valley 2024 750ml Displayed Price: $16.50, that’s $15.68 at 5% off and $14.85 at 10% off, 29 bottles in stock now
VinopolNote: This is a less austere interpretation of Pinot Noir Rosé than we often see in the Willamette. There is a welcoming whiff of fresh strawberry on the nose, with a soft (but nicely balanced) mouth feel, stone-fruit notes on the palette, and tart raspberry on the finish. This is the bargain Rosé of the summer!

Proprieta Sperino ‘Rosa del Rosa’ Rosato Coste della Sesia, Piedmont, Italy 2023 750ml Displayed Price: $24, that’s $22.80 at 5% off and $21.60 at 10% off, 27 bottles in stock now
Importer Note “85% Nebbiolo / 15% Vespolina. Rosa del Rosa Rosato is mineral, fresh, and savory. A beautiful salmon color, the wine exhibits scents of rose petal and strawberry. Cantaloupe and ripe peach flavors evolve into a vivid, pink grapefruit-like citrus acidity on the midpalate. The finish is long and dry. Ripe strawberry flavors are complemented by minerality and a little pepper.”
This is the lowest listed price in the USA today!
Torre dei Beati ‘Rosa-ae’ Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo, Italy 2024 750ml Displayed Price: $24, that’s $22.80 at 5% off and $21.60 at 10% off, 36 bottles in stock now
Eric Guido-Vinous 92 points “The 2024 Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Rosa-Ae is a deep translucent red hue with violet shadings. It lifts from the glass with an enticing bouquet of white cherries, wildflowers and chalk dust. The 2024 is energetic and crisply refreshing, with depths of ripe strawberry fruits and tactile mineral tones that add lovely traction toward the close. This has a long, tense finish, with pleasantly chewy tannins, nuances of cranberry and rosy inner florals. Vibrant and intense, the 2024 is a real winner.”
Domaine de Triennes Rosé, IGP Var, France 2024 750ml Displayed Price: $19, that’s $18.05 at 5% off and $17.10 at 10% off, 30 bottles in stock now
“Attractive notes of creamy melon and crunchy nectarine are bound by a savory, salty beam of acidity. Lithe and pure in a delicate style. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Merlot and Rolle.” -Wine Spectator
This is the only listing in the USA today!
Pierre-Marie Chermette Domaine du Vissoux Les Griottes Rosé, Beaujolais, France 2023 750ml Displayed Price: $17.50, that’s $16.63 at 5% off and $15.75 at 10% off, 12 bottles in stock now
“The 2023 Rosé Griottes speaks in hushed tones. Simple notes of peach, orange peel and chamomile run through both nose and palate. Easygoing and uncomplicated, this is a decent poolside quaff.” -Billy Norris, Vinous
For over thirty years, the Dal Forno family has been crafting deeply concentrated expressions of Valpolicella and Amarone. Their name practically defines the style of wines from this northeastern portion of the Veneto.
Established in 1983 by Romano Dal Forno, the estate vaulted to the heights of perfection in the Venato. The family employs traditional winemaking techniques, such as extended drying of the grapes before pressing, to craft their serious and seriously concentrated wines.
Vines hail from the foothills at around 1,000 feet above sea level. Here, the family’s 65 acres are planted to indigenous varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, grown and pruned according to ancient traditions.

Dal Forno Romano Vigneto Monte Lodoletta Valpolicella Superiore 2008 750ml Was $169, Now $149 special, 3 bottles in stock now
Antonio Galloni-Vinous 94 points “A dark, super-ripe wine, the 2008 Valpolicella Superiore is fabulous in this vintage. Smoke, tar, incense, licorice and blackberry jam hit the palate in a massive, intense Valpolicella loaded with class and personality. Even with all of the concentration, the 2008 is quite a bit less tannic than some recent vintages have been, which makes it accessible even today, especially if given a little air. There is a lot to admire in this drop-dead gorgeous Valpolicella from Romano Dal Forno.”
Dal Forno Romano Vigneto Monte Lodoletta Valpolicella Superiore 2016 750ml Was $135, Now $112 special, 3 bottles in stock now
Eric Guido-Vinous 95 points “The 2016 Valpolicella Superiore Monte Lodoletta is intense, with a captivating bouquet that blends cedar shavings, savory herbs and balsamic spices with rum-soaked cherries, sweet lavender and dark chocolate. This sweeps across the palate with silken textures, delivering masses of tart red and black fruits along with hints of espresso bean. Crunchy mineral tones and zesty acidity add dramatic lift. The 2016 tapers off long and staining, sporting a pleasantly bitter tinge of cocoa as grippy tannins resonate. The 2016 is a well-muscled dancer yet still youthfully coiled.”
Dal Forno Romano Vigneto Monte Lodoletta Valpolicella Superiore 2017 750ml Was $138, Now $119 special, 6 bottles in stock now
Eric Guido-Vinous 95 points “Taking in the 2017 Valpolicella Superiore Monte Lodoletta reminds me of all of the desserts spices and confections experienced on Christmas day. An array of medicinal cherries plum sauce ginger cookies cloves cinnamon and dried roses captivate. There’s tremendous depth here but it maintains fantastic freshness. This is wildly spicy and intense yet deep with brilliant acidity adding energy seldom found in Valpolicella which enlivens the crunchy red fruits and pretty inner florals within. The 2017 finishes dramatically long and perfumed resonating on sour blackberries currants and a bitter hint of cocoa. This goes far beyond the expectation of Valpolicella with the power and aromatics of an Amarone but with a liveliness that will allow it to excel at the dinner table.”
Dal Forno Romano Vigneto Monte Lodoletta, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2012 750ml Was $379, Now $329 special, 12 bottles in stock now
James Suckling 97 points “A decadent nose of treacle tart, chocolate, tar, tons of black fruit such as blackberries and mulberries and even ash and licorice. A dense, layered mouthfeel makes for a full-bodied palate that’s explosive yet somehow so refined and pretty all at the same time. The finish goes on and on. Incredible now, but better to wait for this giant to settle well into 2020.”
Dal Forno Romano Vigneto Monte Lodoletta, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2015 750ml Was $419, Now $379 special, 12 bottles in stock now
James Suckling 100 points “This is black as pitch in the glass and, yes, there’s a light, tarry edge to the super-concentrated prune, date and currant fruit. But even more interesting are the complex notes of bitter-orange liqueur, aged balsamic, fresh roasting herbs, cinnamon, roasted chestnuts, black tea and licorice. The more you decant in advance, the more nuances will emerge. It’s full-boded with huge concentration and lots of chewy tannin that is managing to hold the fruit back for now. This needs plenty of time to develop in the bottle. Just superb. One of the greatest Dal Forno’s ever.”
Dal Forno Romano Vigneto Monte Lodoletta, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2017 750ml Was $449, Now $399 special, 4 bottles in stock now
James Suckling 98 points “The current release. A tour de force, despite the sheer morass of palate-staining fruit. The malty oak is evident, yet operates as a welcome adjunct to corral and compress the swashbuckle of coffee grinds, beef bouillon, mint, leather varnish and saturated dark cherry liqueur, into a sheath of tension as much as sheer power. Grapes are dried for 70-80 days. This may seem obvious initially, but as one works it out in the glass and across the inner gums, the multitudinous layers become evident. A wine that shape-shifts and beguiles, as much it wrestles with the senses. Excellent. Drink or hold.”
