2019 Goodfellow Family Cellars

Marcus Goodfellow is one of the most talented winemakers in Oregon. He founded Matello wines, his original label, in 2002 and hasn’t looked back, making wines that have continually improved—both in bottle and from vintage to vintage. These are profound wines, both white and red, that are made in a style that’s distinctly savory—no fruit bombs here.

To say Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, or DRC, is the finest example of Burgundy is an understatement. These are the finest, most collectable wines in the world. From Loire Legend Didier Dagueneau

Prior to his tragic death in 2008, Didier Dagueneau was one of the true superstars in the world of wine. He single-handedly changed the perception of Pouilly-Fumé, proving to the world that Sauvignon Blanc could be profound and age-worthy. He accomplished this with a mix of modern winemaking and ultra-traditional vineyard management. The resulting wines were soon recognized as being amongst the best whites in the world.

New Wines from Joseph Drouhin & DDO

Domaine Drouhin Oregon

Domaine Drouhin Oregon is one of the landmark names in the Willamette Valley. They were the original “French import”, long before Meo-Camuzet, Jadot or Liger-Belair thought the region was worth investing in, and they’ve been an important player ever since. While they’re best known for their original vineyard in the Dundee Hills, their ‘Roserock’ estate in the Eola-Amity Hills has been quietly making some of the best wines in the DDO portfolio in recent years.
