A New Box Set from Orin Swift
The wines from Orin Swift have a cult-like following. New releases sell out briskly and there’s always a lot of buzz when we get something new in. Well, something very special just arrived: Eight Years in the Desert.
Eight Years in the Desert is a box set of eight wines, each with a different, hand-crafted, mixed media label. They’re set in a custom wine box along with a book containing poetry and short stories inspiring the wines.
Ciacci Piccolomini is a top tier Brunello producer—there’s no doubt about that. They produce wines that are sought after by serious connoisseurs—they have power, grace and ageability (in short, all the things you would look for in good Brunello). That’s without regard to price, as well—even if the cost of the bottles doubled overnight, there would still be significant demand for the wines.
