Cuilleron is a master in the Northern Rhone, and he brings all of his white winemaking skill to bear on this bright, crisp rosé.  Made from Syrah, the Sybel rosé nevertheless displays none of the grapes potential heaviness–it’s bright, fresh and slightly peppery on the finish.  If you’re looking for a delicious dry rosé for chilly nights, this would be perfect.

“This Rosé is sourced 100% from Syrah grown within the confines of the village of Chavanay. It is produced by the “saignée” method after a brief maceration of several hours. The fermentations are in stainless steel and the elevage continues for about six months before bottling in the spring following harvest.”
