A Cult Cabernet Spectacular
Colgin’s Tychson Hill Cabernet is the rarest bottling the cult winery produces, from a sub-five acre vineyard originally planted in 1881 and purchased by the winery in 1997.
Felsina is a top-three Chianti producer and a top-ten estate in Tuscany as a whole. The value out of their wines, from top to bottom, is astounding. We’re big fans of their top two wines, Rancia and Fontelloro, but their lower tier wines offer great value. We already sold through the first tranche of the basic Chianti and now have their Chianti Riserva arriving as well—a serious value play that’s a step up from the entry level but still attractively priced.
Decanter 95 points “The estate known today as Freemark Abbey was established in 1886 by one of the first female wine-growers in Napa. Today Ted Edwards is head winemaker, working for the past three decades to develop relationships with growers, allowing exclusive sourcing rights to specific plots, which is crucial to the winery’s success.
