Winter Shipping Alert
Attention customers in the Midwest, Great Plains, Rocky Mountains, Northeast and Southeast regions, and parts of the Basin & Ridge regions of the USA
Winter weather conditions are too cold along the road and rail routes to you for safe shipping of wine. UPS Ground runs the risk of prolonged exposure to temperatures below 30 degrees, resulting in damage due to freezing.
We suggest shipping wine by Three Day Select or Second Day Air. Alternatively, we can hold your order here until the spring. You can select Three Day Select during checkout or call for quotes on 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping methods.
We urge you to consider these seasonal shipping risks when placing your order. Days of exposure to sub-30 degree temperatures can result in frozen bottles and ultimately broken or leaking bottles. If you elect UPS Ground, we and UPS cannot be held responsible for such weather related damage.
